Registration Details:

  • Registration Fee: $80 (EmpowerHER Member rate, no promo code needed)

  • Table & Chairs: Vendors will be required to use (1) tables and (1) chair provided by Biogen measuring 6ft long by 2ft wide.

  • Vending Space Size: 6” x 6”

    • L-shapes with 2x 6ft tables cannot be accommodated

    • Small L-shapes with a 4ft table & 6ft table can be accommodated

    • Small racks/shelves can be accommodated

Location Details:

  • Location: Indoors across from employee lunch area.

    • BWM has been partnering with the Biogen’s Women’s Innovation Network since 2019 to support local, women-founded businesses!

    • The location is accessible with ramps and elevators, making it easy for carts and dollies.

    • A lunch voucher will be provided courtesy of Biogen that can be used in their cafeteria.

    • The Market will be promoted to all Biogen Employees on the Cambridge campus via internal portals, newsletters, and promotional screens/signs.

  • Electricity: Limited electricity is available. Please bring your own extension cord for use.

  • WIFI: Yes

  • Bathrooms: Indoor

  • Parking: Paid parking at the Green, Blue and Yellow Kendall Square Garages (~$48). Parking in Kendall Square is just expensive and there isn't any getting around it.

Virtual Market Details:

We are excited to also create an online Virtual Market featuring your business for all Biogen employees to shop no matter where they are located or working from!

  • The Virtual Market will run November 18 - December 25, 2024.

  • The Virtual Market will be promoted throughout Biogen info boards, newsletters, and employee portals.

  • You will have the option of offering a special Biogen discount to encourage online sales.

  • BWM does NOT ship product on your behalf. The customer is drive to you e-commerce site and will check-out there.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand life events occur and plans change! Please review our cancellation policy thoroughly before applying to ensure this is the right opportunity for you.

To cancel, you must notify BWM via e-mail at hello@Bostonwomensmarket.com by the following dates:

  • 100% refund: If notified at least 12 days before the date of the event.

  • 50% refund: If notified at least 11 days before the date of the event.

  • No refund: If notified 10 days or less before the date of the event.
